I stayed at Pacific Hills Manor for rehab a couple months ago. I also had to have rehab a few years ago and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else for my recovery and rehab. They are caring and have excellent nurses and the CNA’s were good to me too. Their PT, OT department helped me get my strength back as quickly as was possible. I will be getting a knee replacement in the future and will be coming back for sure. Thank you Pacific Hills Manor for being the best in what you do!

The rehab staff is very positive, knowledgeable and treat my mom with care. They also have a shuttle service for wheelchairs which is awesome and a time/life saver!

My grandfather suffered a stroke and was sent to Pacific Hills for rehabilitation. The nurses were extremely attentive and always responded quickly to my grandfather’s requests for assistance. Pacific Hills took excellent care of my grandfather. I would definitely recommend this place. My mother at 93 broke her arm and needed to go to a rehabilitation facility.  We were so lucky to have her sent to Pacific Hills Manor. The care she received was excellent.  Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The facility was kept spotless. Thank you to everyone working there!

Pacific Hills is very professionally managed at all staff levels from nurses to therapists and even reception and cleaning staff. In addition to her fracture, my Mom has Alzheimer’s, the staff handled her memory issues with kindness. She was always cared for with dignity and respect for her as a person and not just another nameless patient passing through. The physical and occupational therapists patiently helped my Mom work through her pain to rebuild her strength and mobility.  Gently cajoling her as she had no recollection as to why she was at a rehabilitation facility. I will definitely recommend Pacific Hill Manor to anyone seeking rehabilitation care for themselves or a family member.

I began my stay at Pacific Hills on March 3rd and after 2 days of getting my meds adjusted the service provided to me by the entire staff from nurses to food staff and everyone in between gave the 5 star treatment one would expect. I highly recommend Pacific Hills for care and rehabilitation.

My mother stayed here for 3 weeks after a hip replacement. I would definitely recommend Pacific Hills Manor for a rehab stay. The entire staff from nurses, to rehab staff to the housekeepers were amazing. Her room was very clean and kept that way throughout her stay. After a few days of sitting with my mom and meeting various staff members, I could see my mother was in good hands. Very friendly staff. If my mother decides to have her other hip done we will definitely be back. Thank you Pacific Hills for taking good care of her.

This place is amazing with my cousin. They care for her here so well and they take her to dialysis 3 times a week and provide transportation and they are very careful with her. They have her on a renal diet with her Dialysis and feed her well. This place seems to be spotless every time we visit her. We come from Bakersfield Ca. The staff is amazing and allows us to visit outside or even in the front lobby. Thank you to the entire staff of Pacific Hills for taking such professional care of my beautiful cousin.
